It has been responsible for carrying claims on behalf of a trustees in bankruptcy-related federal enforcement actions pertaining to the Securities and Exchange Commission. These claims were filed as a result of a ponzi-scheme scam where thousands of investors were defrauded of millions of dollars. The above actions also included claims for professional negligence. 

She has successfully brought contempt resources to bring precautionary measures to decline profits and has also led gains and evidentiary hearings. She has represented celebrities recognized throughout Latin America for breach of contract claims, liability and defamation. And has also handled international arbitration in the City of Mexico for a client based in Hong Kong. 

She has successfully represented insurance agents and groups in actions for breach of contract, liability and defamation. Ms. García Guillén was responsible for these processes in their entirety, which won her notable victories for her clients. She has performed legal research and draft pleadings persuaded the panel of three arbitrators that the correct measure for determining the amount of damages in breach of contract dispute was the loss of gross commissions rather than loss of profits. This decision meant a multi-million dollar difference for the client. This victory was repeated in a lawsuit filed in Superior Court Judge of Orange County who decided in the same way by means of an instruction to the jury. This decision forced the counterparty to settle the lawsuit out of court. 

Ms.García Guillén has litigated matters in state and federal courts. She has extensive experience in mediation and arbitration and has led to matters of corporate clients such as Broadcom Corporation.Ms. García Guillén also performs projects pro-bono.
