Welcome to the website of the Mexican Association of Technology, Entrepreneurship and Culture in Orange County, California (TECMA).

TECMA responds to a decision of the Government of Mexico to give life to a network of foreign talent to help boost the image of Mexico and Mexicans through the promotion of technological projects and to support entrepreneurs who are interested in devoloping businesses that support the growth of Mexico.

Through TECMA, Mexicans have the opportunity to:

  • Interact with other Mexicans abroad and in Mexico with the aim of sharing knowledge and experiences;
  • Including integrated productive projects in science and technology;
  • Investing in projects in Mexico
  • Investing from outside with productive relationships in Mexico;
  • Encouraging business activities;
  • Attract investments and develop new products with high added value;
  • Promoting the image of Mexico with relevant cultural activities.

TECMA will focus on business and high technology projects in economic and strategic areas of Orange County, such as aerospace, biotechnology, automotive, electronics and energy. Of course, these areas are not restrictive and TECMA is open to develop projects in other areas of economic growth and technological development.

I am pleased to invite Mexicans in Orange County to apply for registration as active members of the Association. The Board may consider the admission to TECMA by Mexicans from other cities or states. Membership is not a right, is a privilege.

TECMA members must demonstrate good moral character and reputation to actively participate in it. There must be a commitment to share the mission of TECMA and adhere to a code of honor and respect and accept the conditions of membership approved by the Council. Also support the activities and participate in their events.

TECMA starts with good wishes under the leadership of respected Mexicans and it’s sponsored by the Consulate of Mexico in Santa Ana, California. I invite all Mexicans to review this site and join in search of better business opportunities and high-tech projects that contribute to the progress of Mexico and Orange County origin. TECMA looks into a very bright future.
